Claim is taxes are only going to go up….better off paying the taxes now and having full control of your money.Or, is it better to move the funds to a solo 401k - which still has restrictions, limits you to non-recourse loans, yet holds off the taxes?

If there is a claim and it comes out that it does it meet their underwriting guidelines they may be able to deny coverage.even if they would cover a 3 family, the building coverage will be for a single family (1 kitchen, one furnace, one hot water heater, etc).

The problem is in a partial loss they deduct depreciation so you do not receive the full claim amount.
