Per unit of weight and volume there's no comparison. 

Are you looking to qualify full doc with W-2's, tax returns etc or looking for a lighter doc program?

Personally, I like the lighter flips as you can get in and out, less risk involved, less hold time on your money, less time for the market to shift, etc.

If you're good with people leasing agents are worth their weight in gold (although under compensated).

Neither of these arguments carry any weight in this context when you compare it to what certain tenants have had to endure.
