The seem to have a sea plane festival, I'm going to have to look into that.yes they have a fly in every year in Lakeport.. and there are usually some Grummans that make the scene there was a famous tragic Grumman crash back in the day one of them goofing off kind of like what happened to Roy Holiday and 6 or 8 people perished..

I can't cover that without rental income but due to the uniqueness of the property, I believe I can get 60% or higher occupancy rates for a median rate of $700-900/night annually, with outliers north of $3,000/night during holidays and major events.
