However, there is always risk going from a known to an unknown and I don't know what your education/experience level is.

The house is far from square in many ways and the cabinets are level so either the soffit gets extended down or I get some sort of insert made up to fill the gap.

Less administrative and legal levels can make returns higher. 

@Stacey AgustinI would strongly recommend participating at least at some level in your employer 401(k) plan.

I am local to all of my properties in Berwyn and Lyons, and so I think the banks have a level of comfort with me as a buyer.

Not checking it so often would help my stress level lots!

Because it's always set to an attractive level.
