I found my two handymen and pretty much all my tradesmen using Angie's List/Yelp/Google Plus.

I can Google reviews until blue in the face, but a real referral from a fellow investor would be great.  

Other than google sheets or iOS excel, are there any decent spreadsheet apps so you can crunch your numbers on the go in the field?
