After I purchased the property it took me about 7 months before I had the time to fly out and see what this place really looks like long story short on the drive there we passed 4 bail bond places going deeper into hood.

, we take that $598.5 billion and spend 98.5 billion on the military, 100 billion on paying down the debt and then 400 billion and increase all of those other pie pieces.Or hell, spend 98.5 billion on the military, 100 billion on paying down the debt, 100 billion on the political asshats who want to fly private jets all over the country, play golf every weekend, and waste whatever they've been wasting and let's spend 300 billion on social programs.Yes, it's a spending problem - we're spending it on the wrong crap.

I ended up doing both- now I own a business (in real estate), am an investor, and still fly some on the side. 

The previous owner wanted to save some money and hired a fly-by-night roofer that installed the shingles wrong.

This in turn will allow me to build for my down payments and reserves for future investments.I've also recently been looking around Central East Jersey such as East Rutherford, North Arlington, Kearny, Nutley, Carlstadt, Wood Ridge, and the nearby areas and I've seen a few decent opportunities but, they seem to fly off the market as quickly as they come up. 

I am a newbie from Southern California and am interested in purchasing real estate in Georgia since the prices here are too steep and I would be flying out to GA several times a year anyway to visit family.

@Ned Carey  cant see how anyone can do a 7 day course for free.. ( from the course providers stand point).as I have mentioned I thought I would give this a go and went down to MS with a few hundred K to buy liens it was a mad house.. the big boys in the back of the room with their lap tops flying buying most everything.I squeezed off 10k worth and the quite as I knew I was just throwing darts..

I still miss Papa Del's pizza and I sometimes feel like making the 2 hour drive from Chicago to Champaign every time I fly through.
