OK, it's a little embarrassing that I'm recommending these two books because I have to admit that I only purchased the first one -- I can't remember which I purchased first -- because the title caught my eye and then the other book was recommended because I liked the first.They are:Unfu*k Yourself by Gary John Bishop -- Helps get over all the things that are holding you back.The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson -- Love it because he hates the whole "just be positive" advice.Now, while their not well written, if you want a couple of real estate books that have changed my life, I like:Fire Yourself by Brian Ellwood.
