We live in Austin, TX and are looking to expand however NWA has become quite overpriced and as such we are looking into the midwest and are particularly interested in Columbus OH, Milwaukee, Kansas areas.

They are still a risk, and I would not rent to them.

The highest appreciating markets and those with the greatest rental demand/price- like those in Florida and Texas - also cost more to acquire and insure. 

I need something simple that I could utilize today.Thanks you will not be able to get something today. in order to pull credit typically you must have a background check done on you and the company will also come visit your office and confirm you have specific security policies and procedures in place.

If you can afford it I would look north towards Tompkins and Schuyler counties instead.
