To me it is not that relevant if its above/under Madrid or Barcelona at this stage, but I think it reflects the market was nearly at peak (if not peaked already) before Covid.

I have narrowed down 3 areas:> Manor, Tx (Location is across HWY 290/130) > North Leander, Tx (Location around Larkspur Blvd or intersection 183&29, Specifically Orchard ridge(Lennar) and larkspur milestone communities along the border of Leander and liberty ) > Liberty Hill, Tx (In proximity of Bill burden Elementary or Liberty hill elementary school)I would like to get honest feedback and comparison about the 3 Areas in terms of the following:1.

I've since heard a few lenders say that was hogwash and there is no such limitation, but we only found this out in the late stages of loan underwriting, so unless a lender has specifically funded a non-owner-occ co-borrower buying a 4plex using a 3.5% down FHA loan, I'd assume it is not possible (ha)

I've bought a bunch and its been a primary way I got rentals until the market got really strong.. .You can buy foreclosures at different stages of the process, if its truly REO that means the whole foreclosure has ended and the bank holds title now.
