I don't have his new address or know any of his friends relatives to inform him that I will be throwing his stuff and put the house for rent again.He had some security deposit so I can use that money for clean-up but my concern is if he comes back next month ask for his stuff and push me pay him instead because I got rid of his stuff.What are my options.
