Mixing your IRA funds with your personal funds was very bad idea.

The deed to the house I'm planning to purchase and the home next door have somehow got mixed up.

I have a tenant that has a Ridgeback mixed with Visla, the neighbor is giving me a hard time because he wants the dog to be removed from the property since he found out the dog had bite the tenant's kid on the lips while they were playing.  

It's a mixed bag.I'd recommend against adding this clause to your lease even if it seems legal simply because it's generally unenforceable and you could potentially end up getting sued. 

I understand, there's a trade-off when you bring partners into the mix.
