Most of my borrowers tell me that their biggest challenge is locating the deals that make sense on numbers/profits.

(Although if you're looking to use this money for real estate in the next 3 years, I would NOT put it in the market.)I'd be putting the additional money into a high yield savings account, and keep my eyes out for a great real estate deal. 

Plus if there are any internet issues, then you have to deal with it.

My out-of-state clients love it here because they are able to purchase deals at a very cheap price point and still meets the 1% rule.

I am happy with the outcome and look forward to closing this deal and being a repeat investor.

I have a home equity loan being processed and I’m currently active in finding new deals.

From a buyer's perspective if they are willing to sell based on the current compressed NOI and incomes then you are likely getting a decent deal once stabilized. 

You are more likely to be struck by lightning twice.
