To her, you are just a customer and she has no loyalty to you.I strongly recommend signing a buyer brokerage agreement with a buyers agent so you have someone in your corner to negotiate for you.

If residents choose to buy them before completion, which many have, they can customize them to their liking or have one built off site and bring it in. 

I have stable income from owning (100%) a 6-figure profiting retail business, which has nice equity and no debts, and is a large customer of this regional bank. 

I have personally been buying multi's consistently, and have customers who have been doing the same where I do not believe that they overpaid when reviewing the details and terms of their deals.  

My opinion is to make my customer happy and repair as many small things for them as we can to give them no excuses to back out of the deal.

I'm looking for something that I can use to print out payoffs for title companies, print invoices, and account balances for customers, send 1098 forms at year end, and handle payments that are either early, late or of irregular amounts.

Who are your customers or clients?

Instead of competing, they worked together to squeeze ALL the customers for everything they could get.

Like I said, it was a less than stellar customer service moment.
