I'd imagine the ones closest to NY (Stamford/Norwalk) would be fairly high priced compared to places further out (Fairfield/Bridgeport), but deals could probably still be found.

@Doug B.I think I remember you shooting me some properties, and I would not have recommended the areas closest around you, either.I've helped two of my clients for one on ones, who were from new york, get their first rental. 1 purchased in NC, one purchased in PA.

The property manager is required to reduce lose by either allowing subletting or a new agreement with additioinal or new tenants.I agree with those who say that once a new lease was signed, that probably ended or brought into question the validity of your lease.Contact a locak Landlord Tenant Attorney and get some advice or the legal aide department of your local court...they can guide you.

It looks even worse up close...The owner of the building next door isn't being responsive to my request to enter his building to inspect the entire wall and his wife has already made it clear that they want nothing to do with spending any money to aid in its repair.
