Use bigger pockets to promote it as well as sites like craigslist as well.1k isn't a ton but work it the best you can brother

Hi @Ajay MalhotraI am just starting out as well but the bigger pockets book How to buy real estate with no(or low) money down by Brandon Turner really helped me.

I've learned lots by keeping up with the forums on bigger pockets.

But I want to reach a bigger audience and grow my network.

Every time I use the Bigger Pockets Rental Property calculator and enter numbers for a property, where I do one with Cash, and one with a Non-recourse loan mortgage where I am putting in the exact numbers and costs of the mortgage that I get from the lender.

It might go higer in price, but hig metros have the advantage of higher and bigger buyer pools both primary residence and investment.

Bigger pockets has been very helpful for me in the past and I thought I would reach out here as I know many skilled individuals hang out here.

BiggerPockets has been a great resource for me but i just couldn't figure out if those follow up classes would provide me with something that bigger pockets could not.
