That phone call's timing isn't a coincidence, we get little automated pings (that lack details, for compliance reasons I'm unclear on) telling us about your FICO jump.Other than that, the concept of the "soft pull" is BS that I think was originally made up by cell phone salespersons.

In the early days of home based IoT (aka home automation), there were hubs such as Wink and SmartThings but in the cloud age, on site based hubs make less and less sense and a cloud based solution would certainly make it easier to deploy.There are lots of great areas to work on but this is just food for thought and perhaps will help spur some discussion!
