I have several clients that prefer this arrangement...they handle any/all maintenance issues themselves.

Still very early stages and haven't actually spoken to anyone as of yet.  

Just a little bit of TLC and staging (with my own furnishing) went a long way!

And none of this is helping them save for their down payment required.Why would anyone agree to this kind of arrangement?
