I tied for top of my class in modern standard arabic, and was granted and passed a follow on "conversion to levantine dialect" course for advanced students.

It just goes to shoe, you need to make an offer you are comfortable with as an investment, based on numbers not emotion, and be ready to let it go if the numbers were not right - we let it go and it came back.

I think some builders area sticking with the higher end stuff and only shoeing in affordable units when required by regulations. 

When we see "or assigns" they generally go in the trash.....not looking to tie up a property with a wholesaler.

I now provide custom blinds and forbid them to be altered, after explaining to a young couple why beach towels, sheets and a tie-die flag with a marijuana leave in the center were not appropriate window treatments.  

The constable served the 24 hour notice to vacate and the occupants immediately went and filed for CH. 13 bankruptcy in order to further tie up the property.  

Otherwise perhaps you could tie up the property with an option contract.
