Watching some infomercials and found a very neat tool, the Versacut, a swiss army hand saw (tile, circular, table, and chop).I am looking to get my first tool set, and noticed that this would be easier to haul and use than a bunch of different items in a bag.

Good luck runnign to the box store from a mountain location becauwse you'll lose 1-2hrs in travel etc.Level of finish - Fire taping (level 1) in a garage is less than ready for flat paint (level 3) or semigloss walls (level 4) or wall paper (level 5) or various knock down finishes (what I think some are calling texture).one more is point up.

Or if you are looking for a condo in coastal SD, La Jolla or Pacific Beach areas are great.Here are some options for things to do in March: Beaches, Torrey Pines State Park, Padres game, Seaworld, Gaslamp in Downtown, Seal Beach in La Jolla Village, Balboa Park, SD Zoo.And if your up for a hike, Cowles Mountain has a moderately difficult trail that leads to the highest peak in SD county.Hope this helps and you have a great time on your visit.

Unlike the regular work force where it's just competition and who can keep their jobs and climb the ladder first and kiss their boss's behind - not my thing, though I have the highest respect for all those who work hard to bring food to the table (especially my father who's a cop).REI is also the best means I see of achieving the life I want.

Its just like sitting around a table at a restaurant or bar with some fellow investors and saying " hey guy/girl I was wondering what do you think about this Real Estate situation or deal" and getting different experiences and viewpoints is nice.
