We are looking to buy our first buy and hold property in Little Rock and researching wholesaling.

If you do a simultaneous deal, even if it is all cash, it throws red flags everywhere.

There is lots of time in planning and red tape if you are inside city limits even if it is a small city.

We also had a small water leak that required a pipe repair and some sheet rock being replaced.
