Do you really think that I can get those drug trafficking charges dropped if I told the police I wasn't selling you any drugs at all.

I was informed by a RE agent awhile back that it just isn't legal to levy a fine on a tenant for running a party that got out of control and had police called in.

If I buy the houses I will set up cameras and motion lights, put out signs and lean on the county to clean it up and police to patrol it.

I let them do it cause everytime I do it I get paranoid about getting caught and fined by the sign police ($500 that one time I got caught).

Police have frequented the property on many occasions for calls of domestic violence and burglary.

They had to use a crane to pull it back.The police came, collected evidence and I hope her insurance will pay for the car damage of the other tenant.I served them immediately with 3 day notice.

Could be construed as misleading, like telling someone your a police officer and your not.
