Lake Lure is a nice man-made lake in the mountains of NC with a public beach, boat rentals, quaint downtown shopping/eating, and Chimney Rock state park in walking distance.

A $3 million policy for 12 rental properties, 2 cars, a pair of personal properties, a boat and a motorcycle was less than $1300 last year.

I feel like I have missed the boat and not sure how to get ahead of the trends.

In this economy, perhaps the income won’t show as being extremely high in 2021 compared to 2020 ( a lot of us are in the same boat)? 

There is lots of room for parking & trailers, a dock will be put in for toe dipping/fishing/boats, info of the area and maps for paddling and snowmobiling will be provided.
