They apparently stopped insuring anything over 30 years old.The property is only a little under 4200 sf with a ground floor salon and two residential units in the 2nd floor, but I'm having a heck of a time finding another insurance company as the challenge appears to be due to its being a mixed use property.The city of Alameda has a bunch of similar mixed use properties and I will be reaching out to other owners as well.

Thanks Its a similar concept to Weighted Average Least Term (WALT) you want to know 95% of "what" a 95% occupancy of all 10x10s still isn't meaningful if those last units are crap locations and won't ever be rented Thank you for the advice, I'm meeting with the owner today.

Side note: I can cover about 90% of the lease with the two other tenants - the tenant described above was an inherited tenant from the previous owner (never will do that again) and is paying way under market rent, just not sure how much of a process eviction is in Elizabeth.
