I would recommend following real estate groups on Facebook, listening to the podcasts and joining virtual meetups.

Buyers have slowed down a bit around easter and have focused more on virtual tours, some dropped out because of job loss or just because they were concerned.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.
