With buyer side commissions attacked - legal cases: Burnett, Moehrl and Nosalek I don't see how a selling agent is going to give away commissions to an out of state Realtor.If any serious person wants a list of properties with VA or FHA assumable loans in a city or location, I'll give them to you for FREE.
