Look for a broker who can help you grow as an investor, not just as an agent.

If you need help selling your flip, I am very experienced and know exactly how to help.

Build relationships, show them you are driven, and figure out how you can help them in exchange for information. 

Then, a scammer with a fake title company website inserted themselves, offering to help with the transaction and do the title work.

For long-term goals, I generally recommend focusing on newer investments in markets with a proven track record of steady growth.Once you're clear on how much time you want to dedicate and what outcome you’re aiming for, it becomes easier to choose the right investment path.Hope this helps, and best of luck!
