someone on here said you can't include the bedrooms/bathrooms/sq footage on a basement...and this is true, however, he mentioned this had French doors to the exterior. this CAN be included in the appraisal and always is.just want to make sure all know this as bad information was given.if there were no exterior doors, there would be no credit for the bed and baths.

Not knowing how much stuff will cost or even who your contractors will be can spell disaster for your timeline and your budget.Also, you'll get more and better replies in the rehabbing forum as opposed to the wholesaling forum when asking about a rehab.I don't mean to rain on your parade I honestly wish you the best of luck.

Now that inventory levels have decreased several are now moving closer to the reasonable market value as opposed to the quick sale numbers.Hope this helps.
