I am looking to wholesaling as a way for me to pay for schooling, so there is my motivation.I have mainly been working towards gaining context and shadowing my father and uncle, now I need to take action.Again, would like advice/insight.

Maybe attract better tenants (not sure if this is allowed if you have gov loans).Is this profitable?

Mainly due to the fact that I was going through a 2 month closing process which is a long story and doesn't matter.

The city just redesign the main road.

I don't want a property that is going to be a constant worry or attract a lower quality tenant.

One of the main questions I’ve had is should I even be considering investing in rental properties if I don’t currently own a primary residence.  

Quite often, new home construction is the result of new residents moving in who are middle class or wealthier, attracted by jobs, a healthy local economy, or other amenities as they leave nearby or far away areas for greener pastures.

Not concerned so much about cost (although of course that is important) but the main thing is how well they will handle claims.

And then tell her; "If it is, your daughter needs to be the main applicant, and you and your husband can be a co-signer to guarantee rent payments".

So I don't have a business model in which to provide you, but my two cents:1) Identify what your main bottle neck is in the process.
