The few I have spoken to that seem legit don’t seem very motivated to do business.  

I like the platform and how remote purchases can be more carefree. 

Btw there are lots of amazing free services and platforms out there cozy.co is fantastic for my LTRs and doesn’t cost me a dime. 

I know you can receive alerts with other platforms.

Hi @Luxon Estiverne, I 100% agree with the advice mentioned already but just to answer your question about good platforms to find apartment deals, here is a list of options...True you may not always find the best deals on these sites but they can be a means to connect with brokers and then try to see the other deals they have that they may not be posting.

If it's a service animal, they waive the fee but they verify it's a legit service animal.

@Josh Meyers No one I know considers the zestimate legit and your situation is a perfect example of why.How would Zillow know the property has been rehabbed or to what level?
