There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

The other risk I see is if there are layoffs of the middle-management ranks or high tech programmer/analyst type jobs move offshore.As you move down the price ranges and even on the higher end price ranges, if they are priced right, they get sold, get sold pretty quickly, and still getting multiple offers.

Are they trying to maximize cash flow to be able to quit their job or retire?

I didn't get the job and the state turned more and more blue, so I decided against it.

They said no since I'm a schedule C, since my business is part of my 1040 return.

I was wondering if there was another job in real estate that I can do for the days I get off early and the days I don’t work.

A couple have suggested I don’t have to file or just need to report losses on Schedule C.
