Hey guys, I want to hear stories from some vets whom have been in in a situation where the cost of a renovation for a rental has dramatically exceeded the budget.I started renovating one of my rentals and I am about 20k over what I allotted and essentially put all of that on credit.  

I'm curious if there is a database that lists the soft-story buildings that would be affected by the legislation.  

This was his story he decided to tell us as his part of the "bring your deals" part of the metope.

Does anyone have any success stories that will assist me in finding the cash buyers.

I could write a lot about it here, so I will try to be as brief as possible and still get the story in.

I'd love to know if the story has happy ending. 

If anyone out there has been on either end of this I would like to hear your story.

On one scale, the scores go from 501 to 990 while other scales start at 300 and go to 850.As far as why somebody defaults on loans - the common story is medical bills, followed closely by loss of job.  

Don't let anyone else horror stories discourage you but at the same time try to learn lesson from the seasoned investors from there past experiences to save yourself time and money.
