People are still dealing with the challenges from COVID, government policy responses and the inflation that resulted. 

I have no experience in this area ...My first response is $300K seems a lot if all you are getting is 28 days of access.

I have accepted an offer with a buydown and am in contract now and my response to my realtor about the offer was simply that I was wondering when that was going to happen.
