Also, you could consider buying a house to move into where you don't need a large down payment and renting some of the rooms (aka: house hacking).

I knew I would be pressed for time but I did it anyway.So my question is about the current tenants in the house their are five people currently renting rooms for various prices depending on room size.

A lot of buyers have a grand plan of paying A TON of money once they are in the house but that doesn't always come through.
