You'll be backed into a corner if the lending environment is unfavorable when that occurs.

I just turned 20 and  recently moved back to SF for the environment and opportunity ( its also where I grew up and where I truly feel at home).

There's an entire profession (and a difficult one) dedicated to navigating the mortgage environment. 

It's hard to recreate the ambience and environment of an Air BnB in a hotel when it comes to larger groups.

I think it's because property/homeowners seem to be cooling their jets about wanting to list and/or move in this crazy socio/economic environment we're dealing with.

Plenty of fish in that ocean.

It might not work as well now with the rate environment, but you do what the market gives you at any given time. 

Fish tacos aren't as appetizing after that trip to Maui.

Some people are just fishing for a "deal".

@Vincent E petersIf I may offer a few suggestions……….In my experience, it is difficult to “force” things to happen - rather one needs to network and create an environment where you bring value to others already in this space.Even with syndications, syndicators need working capital for earnest money deposit, due diligence, and legal fees etc.
