Would like to hear your reasoning behind not encouraging investing here. 

Called police today and they said they can not do anything since its been couple of days and he did not hurt anybody, but I should tell Suzie the neighbor that crazy John wanted to use violence against her, and I should encourage her to file a police report against him.I dont think Suzie the neighbor will file a police report, because I am suspecting that she is not that innocent herself, and they had altercations in the past.So I am thinking, if I tell her about threats, it probably will exacerbate the situation between them?

I would highly encourage you to NOT share your home inspection with the lender.  

It also depends on what else is the competition in the area, whether adding the second bath just catches you up with them, or puts you ahead of most of the pack.The two most important people who can help you with this are the actual contractor(s) who give you firm quotes on the work, and the real estate agent you plan to use when you eventually sell the property, who can give you a sense of how much value it will actually add if you were to list/sell the property.My gut says that if you were able to do some of the work yourself (not encouraging you to, just saying hypothetically) or had a very good contractor connection (like a family member) you might be able to come out ahead on it.

I am looking at getting into real estate in Dallas and would need to know how the market is performing for real estate agent:Is it something you would encourage someone?

They then had the support and encouragement from people like me that actually create housing opportunities for them. 

There were countless times when the encouragement from a complete stranger on the street gave me a little boost of energy when I started fading.

@Nate Harris would encourage you to drive for dollars in order to keep costs low.

I would encourage you to take a trip to Indianapolis at least once and drive around with your REA and see some areas in person.
