another good CA source that has come on the scene is Coventus out of SF   for the very well qualified borrowers.. and there simply is no denying that scammers work BP  its just a generic statement.. but if you like passive aggressive I can accept that.. as long as it saves some newbie from sending 500.00 to Jamaica

But, I ended up denying his application for quite a few reasons (too much to list here).

On initial contact I denied him because he could not figure out the platform and asked 20 stupid questions and I could tell he wasn’t worth it.

I have been denied a Heloc by both a big box and a local community bank based on not meeting the DTI requirement. 

Carpets feel warmer, and actually can take some more abuse than flooring. 

If you get hit by a bus tomorrow he is out the money. 

The family with 13 kids that was just arrested for abuse was in a rental house that they have been renting for several years. 

Good thing that we brought that up i hope a lawyer reading this might confirm or deny that fact.
