When you can call your attorney's cell phone at 2:00am after being arrested for jaywalking, that peace of mind is going to cost you.

But I can't confirm the number is hers (it's just what was given to me by previous owners, could be a typo), nor do I know if it's a cell number or landline.

Currently I utilize texting and when necessary personally call individual tenants who don't have cell phones when I need to notify an entire building of common information.

So they left the a notice to ask to call me back ASAP.She called me back (8/17/16) and said that she got cancer.

Suddenly, their broken/lost/no service cell phone comes back to life ;)

Hi @Christine Swaidan,The harder you emphasize you are getting bids from multiple contractors and hardcore shopping to get the lowest price and quality, the less time any reasonably intelligent person should expect any reasonably intelligent contractor to put into any particular bid.A family member of mine is a high service, high quality GC, always available via cell.
