Hi All,As I slowly stack money away for my first future rental purchase, I have a few questions regarding estimating rehab costs when going through practice reps.  

Some states have a big issue with QC others its standard practice for transfering title  think  Misssissippi ..

I work in software sales and recently purchased a primary residence in NYC, but I don't see this being a practical place to build a portfolio long term.I grew up in Wisconsin just outside of the Twin Cities area.

In my experience outside of real estate the best returns in a profession come from seeking excellence and the chance to learn and refine a practice.  

I've attended dozens of trainings (before learning my lesson) that added very little value and had actionable steps that were not very practical for me at the current stage of production that I was in.

For some background, like many people, we've decided to relocate from California to the Nashville area.

If anyone has any practical suggestions to get him out quick,  that is the need of the hour.
