Then just reach out to those other wholesalers who are using title companies and ask who they are using.

Another Dr. used me to look at a property off market then went directly to the seller.

The interesting part, this is the income generated from two tiny homes (on wheels) on the property.

They require a site plan to get that started.Has anyone had any experience with this and have done it successfully?
