@Jeulissa Gonzales here are a few I’ve encountered:1) Evicting a roommate2) Evicting a tenant on the other half of my duplex and having to take that tenant to court3) Listening to my tenant on the other half of my duplex destroy my tenant through a wall we shared, while the police did nothing, as the tenants have rights to “their home” that are shockingly overreaching.
