@Jeulissa Gonzales here are a few I’ve encountered:1) Evicting a roommate2) Evicting a tenant on the other half of my duplex and having to take that tenant to court3)  Listening to my tenant on the other half of my duplex destroy my tenant through a wall we shared, while the police did nothing, as the tenants have rights to “their home” that are shockingly overreaching.

My builder sent me a document that states the following:Application_NewConstructionResidential_CapeCoral: "The following fees may be placed on new construction and addition building permits:• ALS IMPACT• POLICE IMPACT• ROAD IMPCAT• FIRE IMPACT• PARK IMPACT• SCHOOL IMPACT• SCHOOL ADMIN• UTILITY FEES• FIRE DEPT FEE (for plan review and inspections)• BUILDING PERMIT FEE " Based on the Cape Coral online calculator, these fees could total up to $10K.
