@Jeulissa Gonzales here are a few I’ve encountered:1) Evicting a roommate2) Evicting a tenant on the other half of my duplex and having to take that tenant to court3)  Listening to my tenant on the other half of my duplex destroy my tenant through a wall we shared, while the police did nothing, as the tenants have rights to “their home” that are shockingly overreaching.  

To help offset I've raised rents slightly, upped my deductibles and have my insurance broker continously shop around for the best polices.

When I used laminate flooring in my low income property the tenants still trashed the flooring from gouging to spilled nail polish to paint.

You need police reports and court convictions.

Walk in to the police station and ask, they will tell you if the area you are looking is ok.

The proceeds go to the government to pay the taxes due and keep services such as fire and police protection...and many more operating expenses.

This leaves the city with no choice but to cut back on services, including those related to police and schools.
