So my question is: Could anything change with the mortgage if the LLC is under new ownership (other than a bank potentially calling the loan due which is typically in any 30 year fixed) Then the icing on the cake: Obviously I'm attempting to pull this off right now lol.

I totally value and want a property manager to take the day-to-day management off my hands, but on issues with tenant damage and I would like to be kept up to date on matters, as well as have copies of all notices provided to the tenants for my own record keeping.

Be ready to pay off the loan, end buyer refi (the reason for a wrap is not always bad credit), sell property, deed back and do a lease purchase option for a while (depending on what state you are in), whatever needed.The banks are not gods - they are just entities that do not care much for their customers due to being too big.Stay safe out there kids
