If you have a real deal and you are a real investor, and you need real buyers (this refers to BP only and not outside buyers from your other sources) what is the best way to communicate your deal without sounding like a slaespitch and without others wantring to question if you really are the investor you say you are?

Basically, there should be some communication on his part on what you should do once the calls start to come in (since he had you put your phone number on the letter).

Update:Not very communicative in the loan process with updates and had to chase for information .Lender kept delaying and never funded the deal.Would not recommend.

I have just started to communicate with the lender regarding financing as the agent has indicated that the lender is willing to finance - I will keep you posted on those results.
