How many owners vs. renters/investors occupy these units community-wide?

I'm in Virginia and the paper is the "Virginian-Pilot", a widely distributed newpaper.

We knew the local market rent was in line with the BAH or OHA for that area, and we perceived that while there would be one base Commander, there was a wide tier of E-4 to E-5s, and to a lesser extend O-1 to O-3s. 

I've expanded my searches far and wide, from door knocking to probate.

If you don't, well... they may think you're just window shopping.We know our criteria pretty well, albeit a wide spectrum of interests.

However when you move over to a portfolio/commercial lender after your 10th, terms can vary widely amongst lenders.  

I'am seeing lots of job creation in my area due to all the tech start-ups and constructionmbut province wide we don't look to be growing as fast as we should to support any other province when the time comes, since we can no longer ride the Alberta oil cash cow.Alberta is really going down!
