Can three season rooms have a heating source, like a gas fireplace?

At 500/day for a real contractor, WC and employer share alone racks up 40-60% of labor cost, that turns your 15/hr 120/day into 180/day on carpentry/similar, two guys is about 400/day with gas and food, leaving the contractor at 100/day for himself.

It is highly desirable to blend uses into the area thereby protecting the residential character of the area; but not create architectural or traffic conflicts nor permit the commercial development to expand into a regional center of such scope and variety as to attract significant volumes of traffic from outside the neighborhood.Even though I can think of innovative ways to increase the rent and current job market in Bakersfield with plenty of jobs in Oil and gas and agriculture section make this increased rent very doable, but I see that as wishful thinking and when making an offer, I want to be as realistic as possible and I will not hope for any income above fair market value.I have a feeling that most challenging part in real estate is finding the right property at the right price.

Parking the 'burb closer would save enough gas alone to help us save up for that economy car we so desperately need.

So if there are 5 rooms total and the total utilities(gas, electric, water, trash, etc.) comes up to $500 a month each room rented pays $100 a month.

Love the validation from even a prospective buyer that they like it).  

Also, we have no idea if the lease with our tenant is still valid or void as the PM company  is no longer part of the picture. 

I'd rather pay someone the money that I pay in gas and not lose an entire day. 

In west passyunk, they're also doing major infrastructure upgrades currently (gas lines, water/sewer etc) and when they're done with that.. paving the roads and re-doing the sidewalks (this was confirmed by workers last week when they were in front of my property).
