The FHA, specifically, gives me access to a 3.5% down payment and somewhere around a 5% rate as I have good credit as well.There are a few tricks with the FHA, namely the requirement of PMI, the requirement of living in the unit for at least 1 year and the requirement that it be a "residential" property (meaning less than 5 units).I'm going to employ the BRRRR strategy on this property.
