Over the phone rates quotes do not mean squat in commercial.Until they have a package on the property or properties and have underwritten the asset the rate is likely to re-trade much higher and require more down to do the loan.So just do not believe you will get this amazing rate.

Ok , Thanks....I'm in Central Ohio , Median home sales price is $175k which is a 4br 2ba home.They're putting in a new free trade zone (About 40% of capacity currently) and the jobs there will pay about...$13/hr or so.So our method of thinking is : $13/hr * 40 Hr week * 52Wks / $2253mo Gross income.
