Don't gamble.

We invest our time and talents in our jobs, to our children, to sports, etc.

All three sports teams, the lake, best theater district outside of New York!  

If you give them 100% EMD you are Taking a big gamble.

Victorville is small and therefore does not have things like Sports teams, zoos, quality museums, etc. 

To this day if I don't get a reply from an e-mail I send to him in a few minutes, I know he is tied up, and I will probable get a response a 2-3AM from him,,he lives for work (and the sports franchise he owns)

The whole idea is to get as much money in origination fees as possible to keep running the company and for them to pull out and use for trips, lavish lifestyles, rings, gambling etc.

really don't know. but it will have some impact on resturants and other venues during game times.. as I would think less folks come to the games.. remember we sports fans are front runners or band wagon or what ever if the team is no good people don't come and that leads to a ripple effect..  

I'm testing different areas of Houston and as mentioned, the Willis house was a gamble to buy as a rental. 

Areas like sports city and dubai land and remote are still far from completion and with the speed I reckon it will take them by 2020.
