Is there a RE agent specialized in investments?

(what property type, how big, room counts, lot requirements, location, special needs, etc., ANYTHING) that you can think of that would help narrow down the search to show only the types of properties that you you would be potentially interested in.Then I the wholesaler will then hunt down every lead possible that fits your given criteria.

@William WongThere aren't any types of special protections for foreign buyers investing in the US real estate market.

Look to "LAWS OF AGENCY" not real estate agency laws, but laws that place a person in a position as acting as an agent for a principle, in wholesaling, not taking title to a property, you can be seen as a "Special Agent". 

I recommend that you get a real estate attorney that specializes in landlord-tenant law and that  handles evictions in your area to help you.

It's possible upon disposition you'll make some money in appreciation, but not likely on the cash flow due to high taxes and high assessments and/or special assessments.

I was fortunate enough to attain an internship for school with a company called LandStay in Scottsdale, AZ who specializes in wholesale land. 

Biggest individual expense being food as I have a special diet due to my Chron's and Celiac.Everything left over goes towards paying down debt.
