As to the real estate investment clubs, I haven't been to any meetings yet, but was telling my 24 year old son that works with us that he should go with me.

I guess I’d be considered a stalker in any other context.You see, my son turned me on to BP quite awhile ago and since that time, I’ve basically been addicted to it but never made the obligatory introduction or participated in the discussions (stealth mode).And now, to my chagrin, I wanted to ask a few questions but figured I’d better introduce myself first.I live in Lancaster County, PA.

My last flip l contracted with my son to supply the material for a certain return of the House sale, so l didn't spend any money to remodel the place .

We fixed the broken pipes with brand new PVC which it back you waited the water away from the house, however,  The septic tank is full and the owner states she never had a problem before… A conversation with her son told us that she was offered to tie into the town sewer line but refused the cost.

I didn't want to look this up as it would possibly stress me out more, I'd rather ask here and get a direct expert answer .So I heard from someone , whom heard it from her son , that there will be new laws/regulations in Florida starting next year?

We haven't even had the makeup cloths for very long, but when my son and and a couple of his friends visited one of our rentals earlier this year, his girlfriend was actually one of the people who used one of our white cloths to remove her makeup!

When I got the application, I thought it was couple moving in together (son and mother have different last names).

We have guests arriving on Sunday and I need that internet up.I combined this trip with a visit to my son at WSU to get his snow tires on.

She has a son who works on cars on the street outside, and has some friends that are all car guys who litter and drive too fast in the neighborhood.
