Can you get away with 1 You tube TV account at more than 1 property?

I live in Maryland and the elderly owner, and the property are in California.

Their intention was to take possession of the property by end of this week.

I agree with Laura, if this is a long term rental it would be hard to convince the tenants that they have cameras on the property that the owner controls even with all the stuff that you mentioned (does not turn, only for surveillance for crimes etc.). 

Today I am only managing my own property 15 units but will continue to grow that number.

Have you found creative ways to market properties when buyers may be more focused on the holidays?

Otherwise many many many agents spend a lot of time and effort finding property and writing contracts only to find that the funds can't be transferred, or they don't have immediate access to the funds, or they need some kind of approval from 3-4-5th parties, or there are exchange restrictions, or 9000 other excuses.You probably need to find them a commercial broker who can handle whatever kind of investment they want to make. 

For small properties such as a duplex I don't bother with making sure the two delivery points are registered with the post office.
